Welcome to Grade 6!!!

Students have been getting to know each other through a variety of activities these first few days.  We have been doing some activities with the other grade 6 classes as well.

We have also started an Introductory to Democracy in Social Studies and have also worked on a couple new art projects.  Students have already participated in two Gym classes with Mr. J and one class of Music with Ms. Smyth.

6CW students also visited the Library earlier today and received their library cards.  All students should have a book in their desks now to read on a daily basis.  Students will be participating in Snack & Chat at the end of the month with the other grade 6 classes.

Reminder that there will be no agendas this year and to check this blog on a frequent basis to see what is happening here at Hawkwood School.

Thanks!

-Mr. Wilson
